Paneer ke khaane phaayade


paneer vitaamin, proteen aur kailsiyam se yukt hota hain aur hamaare shareer ko anaginat faayade pahunchaata hain. paneer doodh ka bana hua hota hai jisakee taaseer thandee hotee hain. isake saath hee bata den paneer ek aisee cheej hain jise aapako rojaana apane aahaar mein shaamil karana chaahie.
